Maintenance of electric forklifts: 3. Second-level maintenance

After 2500 hours of operation of the electric forklift truck, a secondary maintenance is required. Mainly maintenance technicians with driver participation. In addition to performing first-level maintenance, the following work should also be done.

1. Complete the contents of the first level maintenance.

2. Disassemble and inspect to clean the inside of the electric forklift motor, measure the insulation resistance of the armature winding and the field winding (when measuring with an insulation resistance meter, the insulation resistance between the armature winding and the field winding to the chassis should not be less than 1 trillion Europe), clean and refurbish the commutator and brushes.

3. Check whether the SCR, plug-in board socket and 19-pin plug of the governor are damaged, and check whether the fan-shaped bakelite wheel of the commander and the miniaturization of the potentiometer are slipping or detaching.

4. Disassemble, inspect and clean the brake device and steering device.

5. Check the connectors and contacts of each contactor for poor contact and damage, and tighten each wiring bolt.

6. Check whether the battery shells are cracked, whether the sealing glue is good, whether the poles and connecting wires are oxidized and damaged, and whether the wiring is firm.

7. Clean the inside of the drive device for disassembly and inspection, and adjust the tooth gap of the spiral bevel gear.

8. Clean the oil tank, hydraulic cylinder, oil pipe and filter screen, and replace the hydraulic cylinder sealing ring and hydraulic oil.

9. Check whether the forklift frame and shovel plate have cracks, open welding or obvious deformation.

10. Remove the chain box for inspection.

11. Check whether the connecting bolts of the lifting chain have slippage and bending deformation.

12. Surface touch-up.

13. Lubricate according to the lubrication table.
