There is somewhat different compare to the diesel forklift trucks and gasoline forklift trucks, the daily maintenance of electric forklift trucks is the responsibility of the driver and is carried out within the same day. The main contents and requirements are as follows:

1. Remove the grease and dust on the exposed parts of the forklift body.

2. Check and tighten the screws, nuts and split pins of the electric forklift accessories.

3. Check the contact and firmness of the contacts of the electrical system, wipe and polish the contacts.

4. Lubricate according to the lubrication instruction table.

5. For the daily maintenance of forklift batteries, refer to the maintenance and maintenance of internal combustion forklift batteries.

6. Check whether the sound, lighting, direction switch and brake switch are effective; check whether the indicating instruments are normal.

7. Check whether the brake and steering mechanism work normally.

8. Check whether the height of the oil in the hydraulic oil tank meets the requirements and whether the temperature measurement is too high (not more than 60 degrees); check whether the hydraulic pump, distribution valve and hydraulic cylinder work normally; check whether the main components and auxiliary components of the hydraulic system are with the phenomenon of leakage and penetration.

9. Check and adjust the tightness of the two lifting chains.
